Erin and Adele had great response time and gave their tech Dusty all the information we gave them so he was set up for success once he arrived! My wife and I are very pleased with how our basement entertainment area turned out and absolutely LOVE the sound system. Erin was fantastic with keeping us updated and coordinating all of the work. Zack and all of the techs were easy to work with, professional and courteous. It was terrific working with SaaviHome. Honestly, one of the main reasons that we went with Saavi was because Gavin did an amazing job right-sizing what we wanted. He suggested an A/V solution that fit our space and our intended usage of the basement.
